Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Recon (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Recon.

Recon offers a Single Report purchase and subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Operator) on monthly or annual billing. Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges on your payment method until you cancel.

Annual plans are billed upfront at a discounted rate (10% below the monthly rate). Monthly plans renew each billing cycle.

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain access through that period.

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription. Refund requests beyond 7 days may be considered for unused annual months on a prorated basis, at our discretion. Email support@dealpacker.com.

Each plan has monthly usage limits (packages, alerts, analyses). Usage resets on your billing date. Exceeding limits may temporarily pause features until you upgrade or the next cycle begins. Abuse, scraping, or attempts to circumvent limits may result in account suspension.

Recon provides data-driven estimates using machine learning models trained on public and licensed real-estate data. These estimates are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. ARV, comps, deal scores, and strategy recommendations are informational tools and may be inaccurate. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Always conduct independent due diligence and consult licensed professionals.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Our models have measurable error (typically 13–35% MAPE depending on market) and we publish conformal prediction intervals to help you understand uncertainty. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or fitness for any particular purpose. We are not liable for investment losses arising from use of the Service.

You may not resell raw Recon data, reverse-engineer the models, use the Service to harass property owners, or violate any law. White-label and API access are permitted only on the appropriate plan tier.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. We may suspend accounts for suspected fraud, chargebacks, or terms violations. On cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email and posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
